Diamond 4C Standard
Carat
The stone weight unit of diamond is carat (ct),1 karat = 100 minutes = 0.2 grams. This table is only for comparison reference of different carat sizes, which is different from the actual size.
Clarity
The clarity of a diamond is usually graded by a 10-fold magnifying glass on the internal and surface defects of the diamond and the degree of influence on the brilliance of the unembedded diamond. According to the standards of China's national inspection, it is subdivided into 10 levels: LC, VVS1, VVS2, VS1, VS2, SI1, SI2, P1, P2 and P3.
Color
The highest level of white diamond color is graded in descending order from D color. Diamond color is divided into 11 levels. From D to Z, D color is the best.
Cut
The cutting of a diamond refers to the accuracy of its cutting ratio and the perfection of its finish. A good cut should reflect the brightness and fire color of the diamond as much as possible, and try to maintain the weight of the original stone.
